HCLTech has expanded its AI-centric partnership with U.S.-based financial protection provider The Standard, aiming to deliver advanced, AI-enabled infrastructure and application services. This initiative is designed to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and support scalable IT transformation.

As part of the upgraded agreement, The Standard will leverage HCLTech’s AI Force platform alongside its digital engineering and cloud offerings, driving a transition toward a product- and service-based IT framework. A dedicated Joint Innovation Council and Digital Experience Office have also been established to co-create scalable, user-centric digital solutions

“The Standard’s growth journey has accelerated in recent years through digital transformation and acquisitions, and HCLTech has proven to be the best partner to help us scale efficiently and seamlessly with its digital‑first and customer‑focused approach,” said Laxman Prakash, Chief Information Security Officer and Head of IT Infrastructure at The Standard.
