Algoworks Launches as a Global Leader in AI, Engineering Services, and Experience Transformation

Algoworks Inc. today announced the successful merger of FROM Digital and Algoworks Solutions under the ownership of private equity firm Trivest Partners. With the integration now complete, Algoworks emerges as a leading AI-native firm specializing in human experience and engineering services, backed by a strong track record of driving growth for Fortune 500 clients.

Trivest appointed Harrar as CEO of the newly formed company, recognizing his deep expertise in scaling and optimizing PE-backed software and services businesses. This marks his fourth CEO role. Harrar previously led Comcast’s $19 billion video division as General Manager, served as an operating partner at two private equity firms, founded two VC-backed startups, and held board positions at multiple public and PE-backed tech companies. He began his career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley.
