Fujitsu Unveils AI-Powered Presentation Tool with Multilingual and Customization Capabilities

Fujitsu Limited has announced the development of a new AI-powered presentation technology that enables virtual avatars to autonomously deliver presentations and respond to audience questions. Integrated into its Fujitsu Kozuchi AI platform, the system leverages Microsoft PowerPoint data to generate presentations and uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to answer queries using pre-loaded reference materials.

Beginning June 19, 2025, corporate users will be able to test the technology through a trial environment available on the Fujitsu Research Portal.

The technology was co-developed with Headwaters Co., Ltd., a company specializing in AI solutions. It will also be made available as a Microsoft 365 Copilot AI agent under the name “Fujitsu AI Auto Presentation.” Fujitsu plans to deploy the tool internally in Q2 FY2025 and roll it out to customers globally from Q3 FY2025.

Users can create personalized AI avatars using their own voice and likeness. These avatars will be capable of generating presentations in over 30 languages, allowing even non-experts to leverage the technology without technical skills. Future updates will integrate the tool directly into Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint, further expanding its usability.

By removing barriers like time zones, language limitations, and individual presentation skills, Fujitsu aims to democratize content delivery, enabling organizations to disseminate high-quality information efficiently. The initiative is aligned with the company’s broader vision of supporting a digitally inclusive society.

Quick Take

Fujitsu’s AI Auto Presentation is a bold step toward automating communication in the enterprise. By combining RAG-powered Q&A with personalized avatars and multilingual delivery, it lowers the entry barrier for content creation and employee engagement. Seamless integration into Microsoft 365 could make this a standard productivity tool in global workplaces.
